We are currently enrolling for the "Bipolar Depression study with Cephalon (Nuvigil)" research study. We will provide free evaluation and discuss their participation in our study. All visits, medications and treatment is at no cost to the patient. Each visit the patient will receive reimbursement for traveling cost.
Requirements To Participate:
- Patient must be between the ages of 18 and 75 (Male or Female)
- Patient must have diagnosis of Bipolar I Disorder
- Not actively psychotic or manic.
- Patient must not have current Alcohol or Drug Dependence (abuse without dependence may be ok)
- Patient must not currently be taking any mood stabilizer drugs (e.g. Lithium, Depakote, Geodon, Zyprexa, Abilify)
- Patient must not be pregnant and willing to practice birth control during study.
